Open a Forex Account

1. Print out and read the FX New Account Agreement.

FOREX PREMIUM NEW ACCOUNT AGREEMENT

2. Type in all required information.
3. Sign the necessary sections.
4. Fax back the required pages to FOREX FREMIUM FAX #: ++1-952-216-6044

Special instructions for customers who reside outside the United States:

1. One form of identification from each account holder (i.e. driver's license, passport, etc.)

2. Proof of residential address that is represented on account application (i.e. utility bill, bank statement, Note: P.O. Boxes are NOT acceptable)

Managed Account Option

If you wish to employ another individual to trade on your behalf, a Limited Power of Attorney Form must be completed indicating the account manager who will be assigned the necessary permissions as the Trading Agent.

Please complete and sign the following form as well as submit photo identification if you intend to have an account manager trade your account.
